‘If You Wanna’ comes from Liverpool-based four-piece STONE. It’s an interesting track that isn’t afraid to match moments of tenderness with outbursts of sound-defining chaos that comes across in their dynamic live shows. “We wanted to write the type of song you would wanna sing along to with your friends,” the band explain. “The song is about finding positivity in this colourful Gen Z experience.” The band’s interestingly named new EP, Punkadonk 2, drops on October 27th, 2023, and they’re heading out on tour with DMA’s this December. -Dan Peeke.
